I’m so thrilled to share Angela and Ryan’s Arabia Mountain sunset engagement session! And let me just begin by saying that these two were absolute legends for hiking up a mountain on a warm summer evening at the end of June! 

Angela and Ryan love spending time in out in nature so they chose Arabia Mountain for it’s natural beauty and outdoor vibe. (You can read this blog about how to choose the perfect portrait location). We started hiking our way up the mountain for some gorgeous views and ended the evening laughing and strolling through Vaughter’s Meadow. I love engagement sessions with my couples so we can celebrate the upcoming wedding and have fun taking some beautiful photos while we’re at it! Angela’s dress perfectly matched the pink sky as the sun set over Vaughter’s Barn and Ryan looked equally dapper in his white button up. While I loved getting to prompt and pose these two, my favorite thing to capture was the way they looked at each other. You can just see how full-to-the-brim-in-love with each other they are and it was such a joy to witness and capture.

These two are planning an intimate wedding next spring at the Barn at Oak Manor and I cannot wait to celebrate with them, camera in hand! I know this engagement session is just a glimpse of the beauty to come on that day and so I’ll be here just looking through these dreamy images until then.
