This past fall I had the absolute joy of photographing Jenn, James and their newest addition, sweet Ethan, at their lovely home in Shalimar, FL for an at home newborn session. Ethan was awake and alert for most of the session and just as calm and content as he could be in his parent’s arms. […]

Lydia and Chaille’s spring engagement session was special for so many reasons- the main one being that Lydia has been a sweet friend to me over the years and capturing this milestone for her and Chaille was such an honor. We were able to do their spring engagement session at Spyglass Island on Lake Peachtree […]

Heirloom Family Portraits at Trilith

I consider it such an honor when families invite me to document their intimate and precious memories each season. These family portraits at Trilith are some of my favorite to date. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to capture some sweet moments for Luke, Emily and their adorable little ones and I’m always bewildered […]

BEHIND THE LENS

ABOUT Sarah

At home in the garden. Ever-focused on finding beauty in simplicity and the art of creating.

After photographing my first wedding nearly a decade ago, I was immediately drawn into the magic of creating a visual narrative that artfully expressed a couple's love story. Motherhood deepened my passion and inspired me to create images that were even more timeless and meaningful- photos that truly captured the moment in a real and organic way.

I believe in an approach that is people-centered, simple, and rooted in kindness: guiding my couples with unhurried, tailored prompts that result in beautiful images that tell your story how you want to remember it.

When my camera is not in hand, you can find me at home with my four children, dreaming up my next home improvement project, or planning out my next addition to our garden.
